I could tell quickly the prices were better than what I was seeing on other sites. Ordered the parts, paid less, and they worked just fine. No complaints.

I ordered a couple of parts from partsdiscount.com and, to be fair, the shipping was quicker than I expected. I got the tracking email the same day, and the package showed up just a few days later, which was a nice surprise.
The disappointing part was the box showing up beat up. Luckily the parts inside were fine, but it still made me a little nervous opening it. Overall, it was a decent experience, and I’d probably order from them again, but I do wish they packed things a bit better.

I ordered a few parts from partsdiscount.com, and overall the order showed up mostly how I expected. The main parts were the right part numbers, which was what mattered most to me.

One smaller item came in as a different brand than the one I selected, but it still fit, so I didn’t feel like dealing with a return. I do wish the listing or order details had been a little clearer so I knew exactly what to expect.
So it wasn’t perfect, but it also wasn’t a huge problem. I might order from them again, but I’d definitely check everything carefully when it arrives and hope the instructions/details are clearer next time.

I ordered a part thinking it would fit my car, but of course it didn’t, which was frustrating because I had already set aside part of my Saturday to deal with it. I sent it back, but the return process wasn’t super clear, and I ended up having to email them twice just to find out what was going on. The refund did eventually come through, but it was almost 3 weeks after they received the item. Not the worst place I’ve ordered from, but if you need to return something, be ready for it to take a while

I had a question about the part I ordered and wish I hadn’t waited to ask. Customer service got back to me quickly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t make it a hassle at all. After that, the order went through just fine. I’d use partsdiscount.com again...

I ordered a replacement part from partsdiscount.com and wasn’t 100% sure it would be the right one for my model. It showed up and fit just fine though, so that was a relief.
The compatibility info on the site actually helped and kept me from guessing too much. I installed it the same day and everything’s working like it should. Nothing fancy, just did the job.
